About the Role
Join us as a Sales Promotion Representative, playing a crucial role in engaging with our esteemed automotive industry clientele. Your main focus will involve cultivating relationships with our business customers, informing them about ongoing promotions, and ensuring their contentment with our products/services through consistent communication and feedback collection. This position offers an exhilarating chance to leverage your communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills in a vibrant environment, all while delivering outstanding service and nurturing enduring client connections.

Full Time
Operation Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30AM to 5:00PM. No weekends, evenings or public holidays.
4 week off during the holiday season (December - January)
Melbourne CBD location.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate enduring client relationships to maintain elevated satisfaction and retention rates.
Utilize CRM platforms for overseeing customer interactions, sales pipeline, and associated tasks.
Recognize and leverage opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client-specific business requirements.
Partner with the team and clients to create tailored solutions meeting individual customer requirements
Perform meticulous data entry aligned with exacting accuracy and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
About You:
You're a customer-focused professional, ideally with experience in the automotive industry, adept at promptly addressing customer needs and fostering robust relationships. You have the ability in identifying sales opportunities, surpassing targets, and delivering customized solutions through effective collaboration. Your meticulousness and results-driven mindset ensure efficient multitasking and structured task management, complemented by strong administrative skills. Your background in either, but not limited to sales, customer service, hospitality or contact centre industries, along with a commitment to workplace safety and compliance, aligns perfectly with our requirements.
