We operate across Geelong, Ballarat, Melbourne areas and Western Victoria offering roof cleaning for Terracotta Tiles, Colorbond Roofs, Laserlite Sheets, Slate tiles and more.
As a Sales and Customer Service team member you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and team members. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities: Answering calls, providing information about roof cleaning and Moss Roof Treatment, managing our email inbox, quotes, and sales. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial as you navigate through various tasks, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at every step.

Qualifications & experience
- Self-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in sales, particularly in a travelling role, is preferred.
- Previous sales experince an advantage with good phone communication manner.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Travel to different shopping centres in Victoria using the company's
branded vehicle.
- Set up and manage promotional displays.
- Engage with potential customers.
- Perform online quoting and sales conversions using a provided
computer JMS system.
- Work at the Moolap office.
- Promote our business in the shopping centres to get leads for quotes.
- Provide information regarding the Moss Roof Treatment to customers.
- Input customer details into the system for quoting.
- In office: reply to quotes, emails and notes.
- Follow up on quotes to convert to sales.
