Do you love sports and sales? We are a fast-growing sports teamwear and trophy business seeking a talented salesperson to manage and grow our customer base in NSW club sports. We are a dynamic business looking for a candidate that is willing to be part of this fantastic sector representing Macron Sydney Sports hub for teamwear and WT Sports for Trophy and Award supplies.

We are a market leader in the supply of Teamwear Clothing home to the 3rd top European Teamwear brand MACRON exclusive to NSW, leading-edge Trophies, Awards and Promotional Products for the Sports and Corporate industries. An established Australian family-owned business for nearly 40 years, we manufacture most of our products on site and deliver around the country and internationally.

Responsibilities
- Grow our customer data base in club sports,
- Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets through well-planned lead generation and conversion.
- Secure multi-year customer supply agreements.
- Find new revenue opportunities with existing customers and achieve a high level of customer retention.
- Work effectively with the customer service team to ensure all customers experience outstanding customer service levels.
- Maintain accurate customer and activity records, comply with company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Experience
- A demonstrated track record and experience in accounts management, business development, new sales, lead generation and conversion.
- Have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound leads.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including active listening, advanced negotiation and influencing skills.
- Outstanding relationship management and time management skills.
- Be a strong team player. The success of our business is built on our team supporting each other.
- A strong interest and personal involvement in team sport will be an advantage.
.Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience working in a sales role in the teamwear sector.
- Solid knowledge or experience working with sporting clubs, schools and/or the corporate uniform sector.
- Experience working in a small business environment.
