About the role
- Work closely with our client base to understand their individual business needs, ordering cycles and sales support requirements.
- Identify and prospect new clients across the food service, and retail industries, including catering companies, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, cafes, and specialty food retailers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders as required, promptly addressing client enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure ongoing growth within your assigned territory through the development of new stockists or increasing sales volume with existing customers.
- Coordinate and ensure that generated sales are delivered in timely manner according to customers requirements.
- Liaise with the internal marketing team to strategize promotional calendars, product launches and merchandizing events.
- Monitor and research market trends and consumer preferences.
Full-time from Monday to Friday and part-time positions are available.
Key skills and experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base
- Professional personal presentation essential
- Self-starter who uses own initiative
- Accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of the mining catering supply channels in WA would be advantageous
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office & CRM
- Valid driver's license

Salary will be negotiated according to the industry experience and negotiation & closing skills.
