Qualifications & experience
- 1 - 2 years experience in sales
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industries with a high potential for digital marketing services
- Prospecting and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media networking, and attending industry events.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and progress in CRM systems.
- Understanding clients' business goals, challenges, and pain points to tailor digital marketing solutions accordingly.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Excellent communication skills, results-driven mindset, team player, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Negotiating terms and pricing with clients, addressing any objections, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Tracking sales performance metrics, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement to optimise sales strategies and tactics
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to effectively position the firm's services in the market.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including account managers, project managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.
