Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive and meet sales targets.

We Need You To Have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Management, preferably in building or real estate.
• Stellar communication and writing skills.
• Proven success in sales and team management.
• Customer-centric approach and quick rapport-building skills.
• Leadership strategy experience.
• Commitment to integrity, honesty, and teamwork.
• Willingness to take initiative in various situations.

Position Overview:

Base Salary Options: Choose the path that suits your goals with either a solid base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 or opt for a starting minimum of $30,000 to $45,000 with a lucrative commission-based structure.

Commission Structure:

• FlowStateRealEstate: Embark on the rewarding journey of selling homes in the vibrant city of Dubai. For each sale, earn a generous commission of $3,000, opening a gateway to unlimited earning potential.
• JMJHomes: Dive into the creative realm of selling architectural plans. For each plan you sell, receive a commission of $2,000, fueling your passion for design and innovation.
