- $75-$80k base salary
- $15k in annual travel allowances plus uncapped commission potential

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Sales Representative to join a dynamic and energised waste management company. and to further increase our market share as well as assist in managing our existing client base.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Construction, Commercial or Industrial Waste Management Industries and be able to establish and maintain solid relationships with current and new clients.

As a hands on, highly self-motivated and proactive Sales Representative, you know the importance of servicing your customers face to face and to support and encourage the growth of the business capacity. All you need is a valid car license to get you moving on the road and succeed in this highly autonomous and dynamic role.
With a solid history in B2B Sales you will:
- Proactively promote and sell premium solutions to new and existing customer base
- Develop timely and accurate forecasts of customer requirements
- Drive above budget results, through identifying new business opportunities as well as grow and retain current customers
- Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes
- Promote and sell the range of speciality product offering.
Qualifications:
- You have solid experience in Sales within the Waste and/or Recycling Industries
- You are able to build rapport with personnel at all levels - building relationships will be key for success in this role
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and deliver
- You are a clear and confident communicator as such you can positively influence outcome to achieve outstanding results
- A valid and current drivers license
