About the job / Overview
The Job responsibilities include in particular:
a. Identify potential clients and generate new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
b. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new markets and customer segments.
c. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and technical seminar/training events.
d. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the existing user clients by providing regular support.
e. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Benefits
- Salary: A$55,000 – A$80,000 (+ Bonus based on half-year evaluation), including superannuation.

Job Skills & Qualifications
a. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in Civil engineering, sales or business development are an advantage.
b. Experience: Proven track record of success in software sales or related fields, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in B2B sales and selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions is highly desirable.
c. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and effectively convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
d. Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales analytics tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
e. Visa: Full working rights in Australia (including Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate work visa).
