Adelaide Independent Bandag is a family owned business, operating in the Retail Tyre Servicing Sector for over 20 years. As one of the largest independent tyre retailers in Adelaide, with a network of over 12 road-service vehicles and an in-house retreading facility, Adelaide Independent Bandag provide customers with exceptional levels of service and solution-based, fit-for-purpose products.
With 25 staff currently employed, and with rapid growth, we are currently looking to expand our team with enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in selecting the most suitable tyres for their vehicles while providing expert advice on tyre care and maintenance.
- Sales Support: Utilize your knowledge and expertise in the Tyre Industry to effectively recommend products, process sales transactions, and handle customer inquiries to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest tyre brands, models, and technologies to accurately educate customers and address their specific requirements, contributing to increased sales and customer loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and maintain a positive work environment focused on teamwork, integrity, and mutual support
