SalaryAn outstanding opportunity exists to join our team as a Sales Specialist - Meat at our Hemmant operations, in Brisbane. This role will suit individuals with meat industry knowledge who are wanting to transition to wholesale sales.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Sales & purchasing of stock
- Actively sourcing new customers and identifying new business opportunities
- Risk assessment and management of new and existing customers
- Organisation of freight/transport
- Preparation of relevant documentation
- Debtor follow up as required
- Energetic self-starter
- Business development experience
- Excellent sales negotiation and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to close the deal
- Organisational and time management abilities
- Retail discounts with national partners
