KONE are looking for a Sales Consultant Major Project to Join our team in Melbourne. Working in a customer orientated and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients to sell elevator solutions. You will spend a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our Modernisation solutions team.
What will you be doing?
- Building rapport with new and existing clients across a range of industries
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to capitalise on all lead opportunities
- Estimating, tendering and quoting small and large project submissions
- Upselling and cross selling at every opportunity
- Building strong partnerships with key internal KONE teams to facilitate a world class customer experience
- A passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus
- Previous experience working in a fast paced, commercial environment.
- Experience using CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is essential
- Demonstrated experience with tenders
- Ability to read layouts, specifications and drawings, desirable
- Hunter mentality, who loves to close deals
- Technical background would be advantageous
- Valid Australian driver's license
