We are dedicated to understanding our farmers' needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Inbound and Outbound Service Teams.As the Sales Specialist - Services & On Farm Solutions, you will be at the forefront of Outbound calling initiatives aimed at maintaining and expanding our customer base. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales performance and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the Farm Source Retail business plan.Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Services & On Farm Solutions, executing scheduled customer contacts for sales and service campaigns.
• Lead and execute the national sales strategy with a focus on acquisition and retention through a Solutions Selling approach.
• Contribute to market share growth by delivering excellent customer experiences across all channels, particularly through Outbound customer contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the capability of the Outbound channel while maintaining alignment with the Inbound team.
• Support the Services Delivery Lead in building the capability of the Store and Regional Support channels.
• Foster engagement with our shareholders through various channels, ensuring a personalized and effective approach at every touchpoint.

About you | Moe koeYou must be highly organised, proactive, bring second-to-none communication skills and an ability to effectively engage with people from all parts of the industry. You will need to be resilient, able to negotiate tricky situations and stakeholders, and have excellent attention to detail. Naturally curious and passionate about the agriculture space, your customer focused approach and ability to build rapport quickly will help you succeed in this rewarding roleTo make an impact in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer service or agricultural environment.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with a focus on solution selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
