AWR Solutions is an established market leader in the stainless-steel hardware and wire balustrade industries. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our small but mighty team, of some long-standing team members, at our new Yatala facility.
With a 30-year history, we supply premium quality products to the retail, trade, and wholesale markets. With a modern approach focused on innovative products and eCommerce, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we need a seasoned professional to help us continue our tradition of exceptional service and expert advice.
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager and Owner, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member to continue our track record of delivering exceptional service.
As the main contact for all incoming enquiries – via phone, email, web, socials or walk-in – you will ensure our customers are taken care of with enthusiasm and a willingness to help at each touch point. Don’t worry you will receive in depth training on all our products and processes.
Being the go-to for our customers will include:
- Answering calls, emails, web chat and walk-in enquiries.
- Preparing accurate & timely quotes and processing orders & invoicing, with high attention to detail.
- Tenaciously follow up sales opportunities to converting them to orders with ease.
- Overseeing the sales process from inquiry to closure, demonstrating your drive to convert opportunities into tangible results.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our B2B clients, providing tailored solutions and insightful advice.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven B2B sales & CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, with a track record of fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organisation, administration & time management skills.
- Sound IT Skills - proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), experience using ERP and ecommerce back-end systems would be a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities – possessing a technical aptitude paired with strategic thinking will be crucial for navigating complex situations and delivering innovative solutions that align with customer needs & company's goals. Your ability to think critically and make informed decisions independently will see you thrive in this role.
- Good technical knowledge and ability to accurately interpret plans and diagrams.
- Independent, professional and proactive work style - This role requires a proactive individual who can independently prioritise and manage projects and tasks with minimal supervision.
Highly Regarded Qualities:
- Wholesale or B2B backgrounds & experience in the stainless-steel hardware, balustrade or similar industries.
