About the opportunity:
We have a exciting opportunity for a seasoned Sales Manager to join our Milwaukee team based in Brisbane. As a State Sales Lead you will provide leadership and direction to your direct reports to create an excellent distribution network for Milwaukee products aligned with our Customer EUV Strategic Plan and in line with the EUV strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and execute innovative account management practices to influence our retail distribution partners to work with us to create an exceptional in-store experience for our users.
- Enable your team to effectively present and sell the Milwaukee value proposition to the decision-makers throughout our retail distribution network in line with the EUV strategic objectives.
- Understand the user and dealer network thoroughly so that you can direct your team effectively.
- Work with the National Field Sales Managers to deeply understand the opportunity within each of the retail channels and align our Customer EUV Strategic Plan and EUV strategic objectives.
- Rigorously implement the channel marketing strategies defined and delivered to you by the National Field Sales Managers via the Strategic Account Managers and Channel Managers.
- Participate in sales conferences, industry meetings, and social networks to represent company's brand.
- Build a high performing sales team whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance for each team member.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities.
