We have a newly created role of Inside Sales Lead to join our Concierge team here at Kollosche. We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals with a passion for building relationships, speaking to clients and maintaining CRM database. This is a great entry role into the Real Estate industry and Kollosche team.

About the opportunity:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identify opportunities within the Kollosche database and call those opportunities to uncover leads
- Clean the Kollosche database as you have new information on clients and their requirements
- Perform outbound prospecting sales calls from the Kollosche database and any other system provided to you
- Grow existing contact data, adding property ownership details and contact details
- Quickly respond to incoming leads
- Increase brand awareness by educating prospects on our services and clearly differentiate our point of difference compared to competitor offerings
- Identify relevant target companies and contacts. Search for new leads through the Internet, Agent Box, or other available resources.
About you:
- Strong computer skills including previous use of Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Proven experience building relationships with clients
- Pleasant telephone manner and ability to cold call clients
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience
- Exceptional Written and Verbal communication
- Proven ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
- Positive and passionate
- Wanting to grow a career in real estate
- Previous QLD real estate experience desirable
- Previous experience using and maintaining a CRM database desirable
