Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed individual to join our Commercial Team.
The successful applicant will report to the Commercial Manager and will be the point of contact for customers by providing professional assistance and advice to new and existing customers.
As the Sales Support Coordinator you will play a key role in servicing our clients, providers, and members of our worldwide network.

The role will involve
- Providing support to the sales and business development team
- Provide quotations to customers and follow up to secure shipments
- Update and Maintain rate cards in system, ensure this is kept up to date
- Liaising with overseas offices on sales leads, opportunities, and requests for pricing
- Supporting the development of carrier and supplier relationships
- Participating in the development of sales campaigns
- Maintaining and updating CRM
- General administration duties
Your skills and experience
- Prior experience within the global logistics industry would be desirable
- Experience using CargoWise would also be advantageous
- Proven experience in internal sales/ Sales support within global forwarding
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in developing and maintaining relationships with customers and staff
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organised
- Great attitude to be able to build rapport with stakeholders both internal and external
