Randox Laboratories currently has a vacancy for a target driven individual in the position of a Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic and growing team based at our Australian office, Paramatta, Sydney.
This role is initially being offered on a 6-month fixed term contract.
The Role:
- Responsible for sales and customer support of Randox Food Diagnostics and Randox Toxicology customers.
- Promotion of Randox Food Diagnostic and Toxicology products to national customers.
- Cold-calling existing customers as well as finding new potential customers.
- Consistent achievement of KPI’S and targets for lead generation.
- Maintaining a good knowledge of Randox and competitor products.
- Weekly and monthly sales analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Biochemistry, Food Science, or business-related discipline.
- Experience in working to and achieving targets.
- Proactive approach and self-starter.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships.
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous experience working to targets and KPI’S.
- Previous sales and customer work experience.
- Proven track record in sales within a science background would be highly advantageous.
