The Role:

  • Assist Directors and Sales team: Provide support across multiple offices.
  • Sales Administration: Manage the process from listing properties to settlement. 
  • Coordinate marketing efforts: Oversee all marketing, advertising, and social media activities.
  • Property and agent marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Book and install signage: Schedule and manage signboard installations.
  • Upload property listings: Ensure listings are posted online promptly.
  • Manage digital and print platforms: Oversee website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google management.
  • Schedule auctions: Coordinate auction bookings.
  • Brand management: Implement new branding initiatives and maintain the office brand.
  • Perform ad hoc duties: Handle miscellaneous marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

The Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills: Excellent in both written and verbal communication.
  • Administrative prowess: Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and independent: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration: Preferred qualification.
  • Previous Real Estate experience: Highly desirable. However for the right candidate would look at less experience or entry level.
