We are currently seeking talented and enthusiastic people to join our administration team in Toowoomba.
About the role
Reporting to the administration manager we are looking for an experienced administration officer to assist our skilled sales team. The role is focused on vehicle registrations, assisting in managing the company’s floor plan, and providing administrative assistance to the company’s salespeople and the senior management team, when required.
The general daily activities of the position include:
- Assisting with answering and directing incoming phone calls;
- Registration of vehicles (QLD Transport Registration accreditation required);
- Creating and entering invoices and purchase orders;
- Data entry;
- A variety of other automotive administration tasks, and
- A knowledge of Auto IT and Chekrite software packages whilst desirable, is not essential.
Skills and experience
You should have:
- An exceptional phone manner & a customer focused disposition
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong organisational skills.
Whilst not mandatory it would be desirable if you have the following:
- Hold a QT Accreditation or be willing to obtain this qualification,
- Have experience registering vehicles;
- Compiling and maintaining company records for work performed.
