We have a 21-year track record helping high school students achieve better results by showing them an easier way to study. School tells students what to study, but doesn't show them how to study. We provide students with proven strategies for success. 63% of our students have achieved an ATAR above 90. We have 65 coaches and conduct our program in all states in Australia. We are going to expand to the USA next year.
The Role
The role has 3 core parts:
1. Recruit, training and coaching sales consultants so that they convert at KPI. The consultants run their sessions over zoom, which last for around 45 minutes.
2. Working with the 2 customer service call-centre agents in office to improve the entires sales process. This includes improving presentation rates and follow-up sales from presentations.
3. Working with customer service and sales consultants to improve retention.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with a proven track record training sales consultants, and being able to improve their conversion rates.
You know what it takes to train and manage sales consultants and customer service agents, and are adept at providing practical feedback which translates into the results.
