We are seeking a Sales/Customer Services person to join our team in NSW. You will be responsible for dealing with our NSW customers via email, phone and in person for contacting customers for sales, processing orders and answering customer queries. You will work closely with our sales team and warehouse team in NSW.
To be successful in your role, you will be required to liaise effectively with various internal and external parties including the company’s sales team. You will also focus on internal sales, sales support and improving processes to reduce errors and in particular focus on promoting a safe and Customer Service driven culture given the company’s reputation in the marketplace for delivering quality products in a timely manner.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders into our system
- Outwards Sales calls to smaller customers
- Liaise with clients, suppliers both in person and over the phone / emails
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by handling purchase orders, product delivery, and product identification inquiries
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are a must
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address inquires and update customers on order status
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure prompt delivery of scheduled shipments
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in line with company guideline
- Adherence to and continued improvement of procedures and methods of operation
To be successful in this role ideally you will have:
- Pool and Spa knowledge preferred but not essential
- The ability to speak confidently and effectively to customers
- Great computer skills
- A problem-solving attitude – you are a person who creates solutions rather than dwelling on problems
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience managing busy fast paced Customer Service
- Ability to solve situations in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and oral
- A positive can-do attitude
