Platinum Auto Paints is an Australian owned, family business that has been supplying the Automotive industry with quality products, training, and solutions for over 20 years. We are one of PPG’s first Australian distributors and the largest with two branches in New South Wales and Western Australia. We are currently looking for a Sales & Technical Representative to join our Sydney team based in Yennora.
As a Sales & Technical Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Providing technical support and solutions to customer issues
- Visiting customers regularly and placing their orders
- Reporting on sales activities and customer feedback
- Following company policies on health, safety, environment, and car usage
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Full work rights in Australia
- A current NSW driver’s licence
- Experience in the automotive refinish industry (spray painter, panel beating) or similar would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and time management skills
