• You understand the importance of organisation and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
• You're not only good at the people stuff, but at the behind the scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you

• Build dream itineraries for your customers and create lasting memories they'll share for years to come
• Share your travel knowledge and make the perfect recommendations for your customer - choosing from a range of different travel options products and suppliers. This includes flights, accommodation, cruise, tours, insurance and more
• Roll out the red carpet for your customer and create a space where they feel welcomed and valued through active listening, mutual respect and a positive attitude
• Be someone your customers can trust and share their excitement with, showing them you take your business seriously, but not yourself
