Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst withNV1 Security Clearance-CanberraResponsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research into clients' business requirements and analyze their needs.
- Assist with data modeling and understanding clients' data structures.
- Prepare Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) models to depict clients' business processes.
- Collaborate closely with the project delivery team to transfer knowledge of business requirements, facilitating the design, implementation, and testing processes.
- Enable users to onboard effectively onto the Salesforce platform and maximize its potential.
- Engage in governance processes to ensure that designs adhere to best practices.
- Implement approved change requests for low-risk changes, such as report creation and maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
- Provide support for problem and incident determination and resolution activities.
- Experience in working with different stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Thorough understanding of business workflows, processes, and BPMN modeling.
- Highly desirable to make considered, evidence-based conclusions and recommendations.
- Proven ability to think strategically and factor in various aspects of the organizations' and clients' needs, including commercial considerations, sustainability, security, and aligning with business and ICT strategic plans.
- Desirable ability to build data models to meet business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and configuration rather than code whenever possible.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders on changes, improvements, and efficiencies to their business processes, particularly when adapting to out-of-the-box workflows.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communications for different audiences.
- Experience in making persuasive, evidence-based recommendations that enable decision-makers to make informed decisions.
