Key Responsibilities: * Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into data requirements and specifications.

• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform strategic business decisions.
• Data Modeling: Develop data models and data dictionaries to document data requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Data Quality Assurance: Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
• Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through data analysis and recommend solutions.
• Data Governance: Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Data Integration: Work with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and systems to support business objectives.
• Documentation: Document data analysis processes, findings, and recommendations in clear and concise reports.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a clear and understandable manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of database concepts and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in business analysis or data analysis is desirable.
• Australian Citizen with NV1/Baseline security clearance
• Hybrid working model
