Salesforce Developer

Connectnow is currently undertaking an exciting journey in technology transformation, focusing on enhancing our technological capabilities and data management. A key component of this transformation is the integration of Salesforce into our operations, aimed at elevating our existing CRM system to a new level of efficiency and effectiveness.

The Salesforce Developer role, reporting to our Senior Operations Leader position will contribute significantly in identifying the most appropriate architecture, processes, and features for our new Salesforce system. This role is responsible for designing, and implementing the chosen solutions, and managing data migration and change management processes.

About the role:

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce, iterating as needed.

• Create integrations with various platforms to streamline processes and data flow.

• Customize the user interface in Salesforce to align with stakeholder needs and optimize data entry efficiency.

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

• Evaluate implementation options and communicate benefits clearly, guiding decision-making processes.

• Maintain technical governance and ensure thorough documentation throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

About you:

• Seasoned/proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration, including data migration in Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Utility Cloud.

• Successful track record leading high-quality Salesforce implementation projects.

• Expertise in establishing integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, and Visualforce.

• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical details to non-technical stakeholders; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
