About the role
This role entails approximately 2-3 days per week, with flexibility to cover leave. A friendly, positive and proactive person is key to this role as you will be the first and last person our patients interact with.
What does the role involve?
Answering phone
Making, changing, cancelling appointments
Taking HICAPS, Medicare, cash and card payments
Using autoclave sterilisation machine (training provided)
End of day reconciliation reports
Computer literacy
Skills and experience
Prior medical reception/clinic experience, working knowledge of operating software is preferable (Cliniko, PracSuite, etc)
Quick and proactive learner
Problem solving skills
Ability to deal with difficult situations
People skills
