Our operations also include warehousing, and commercial sales, engineering (development) and call centre. Our business is fast paced, constantly changing, growing, and evolving. About the RoleOur company implemented the Salesforce platform almost 3 years ago.

Our Salesforce platform is implemented around the Service Cloud product. The platform is used to handle voice calls in our Call Centre, email and chat enquiries as well as warranty claims. We are looking for our next rockstar to join our team that can help us embed the platform in the business by bringing their years of experience in the Salesforce platform as a developer to our business.
