Salesforce System Administrator

• Initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension
• Hybrid working environment 3 days in the office - Southbank

We are seeking an experienced and certified Salesforce System Administrator who will play a crucial role in providing top-notch administration support to ensure the smooth operation, growth, and governance of our clients Salesforce environment.
This position reports directly to the Salesforce Platform Manager and involves collaborating with Salesforce Super Users to drive effective utilisation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• User setup and access management.
• Salesforce Sandboxes administration.
• Prompt response to user requests and ticket resolution.
• Configuration of user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Page layouts and Lightning page layouts management.
• Investigation of user issues and troubleshooting.
• Setup of quick actions, email templates, and work-flows.
• Administration of security for data privacy and compliance.
• Promotion of Salesforce best practices.
• Monitoring and analysis of Salesforce performance.
• Stay informed about Salesforce releases and features.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in Salesforce administration.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Services, and/or Health Cloud.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Effective collaboration at all levels of the organisation.
• Experience with working in large Enterprise size environments.
• Salesforce Administration Certification is essential.
