Picture yourself.
As a valued contributor to our organisation's IT and Business Systems, you will play a crucial role in their administration, security, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies, strategies, and regulatory standards. You'll be at the forefront of evaluating, testing, and implementing new IT and Business Systems, all while carefully documenting procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Additionally, you'll be integral to our Change Management function, fostering effective relationships with Business System owners and other stakeholders. Your support will extend beyond technical tasks; you'll provide Level 2 helpdesk support via the IT Service Desk, aiding your team and the wider organisation in resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Who are we looking for?
We want people with spirit! We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- Adherence to relevant statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, legal demands, and professional and ethical standards
- Understanding of, and adherence to, risk management processes such as Change Management and Security controls - takes responsibility for mistakes and raises issues promptly
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Continual development of technical knowledge and soft skills
- Very high level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgement
- Proven experience in a similar role focused on systems administration.
