The Role
This is a multi-faceted sales role - we are looking for a local to serve the locals. Someone who understands the needs of their community, wants to build an impeccable reputation in our great shire and can relate to our grassroots customers.
Align this role with your coastal life:
- Local leads provided
- Supplement with your own local contacts and generate new opportunities
- Torquay office or WFH for non-contact hours
- Current conversion for leads @ >70%, we will train you and provide managerial support
- Quality products and post-sale customer service you can rely on
- $100-$150K OTE: base, car, phone, commissions and strong, achievable bonuses

- Range: customers will be both residential and commercial
- Multi-product Capability: our product suite includes solar, batteries, off-grid, HVAC and hot water systems
- Impeccable Presentation: you will be our brand ambassador
- Customer Management: you will own your customer base
- Proven Conversion: be a self-motivated and results driven professional
