Role Overview

As a Salesperson in the homeware industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. From assisting customers in finding the perfect home decor items to showcasing the latest trends, your role will be pivotal in elevating our customers' shopping experience. We are looking for someone outgoing!

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

• Previous sales or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for homeware and interior design.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Student visa holders are welcome to apply.
