ARB Hoppers Crossing is located in the heart of Hoppers Crossing and is offering an opportunity for a enthusiastic individual to join our professional and supportive Sales team.
We are a family owned and operated business seeking a person with a keen interest in the 4X4 industry to be trained in Sales of 4X4 accessories to a wide range of vehicles including the early model 4WD's to the latest release models.
Duties of the role
- Liaising with customers via phone email or in person
- Customer service and Sales of 4x4 products
- Preparing Quotes, orders and basic administration
- Attending 4x4 shows and functions when required
- Working on a rotating Saturday morning Roster
- Following up phone calls and sales
- Showroom displays
- Stock and Parts Inventory
What you'll need
- A passion for 4WD's
- Knowledge in the 4WD industry is helpful but not required.
- Good communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Show pride in your work as well as a "can do" attitude
- Exceptional manners and highest customer service skills
- Self motivated
