This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant interior design company known for their high-quality and bespoke designs. We are searching for a highly capable and adaptable Personal Assistant to join their team supporting the Owner/Director. This is a part-time (3 – 4 days/week), ongoing temporary assignment, located in Southbank.
Reporting to the Director, you will be their right hand, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will also be involved with the design projects this business undertakes including assistance with tenders and proposals, so your ability to juggle multiple tasks and an interest or background in design will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management for Director
- Arrange client meetings, selecting appropriate venues
- Preparation of proposals and presentations
- Attend client meetings
- Finance support – expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Interest or experience in the Design Sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage key stakeholders
- Tech savvy
- Meet strict deadlines
