The Role: As a Service/Sales Manager at Static Electrics, you will play a pivotal role in managing staff and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service every time. You will be responsible for integrating sales strategies across departments, inspiring and leading a team of technicians, and driving profitable results.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate sales strategies across departments to drive profitable results.
- Train technicians to establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services.
- Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure overall business success.
- Monitor performance of field technicians and provide guidance for improvement.
- Manage team schedules to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
- Ensure equitable and properly documented incentive programs.
Competencies for Success:
- Previous sales management experience preferred.
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in the electrical industry is not essential but highly desirable.

Work Hours:
Monday-Friday - 7:00am-4:00pm
