ADMIN SUPPORT  -   INTERNAL SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Permanent Part Time - 3 Days a Week

My client is currently seeking a Customer Service focused and results driven Customer Service Professional to join their busy team at their  facility based at Berrinba / Logan..

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a candidate wishing to utilise and develop a broad range of skills while seeking career and personal development. With the opportunity for growth into a sales role with direct ownership of customer accounts.

The key focus of the position is to support the Sales Team to build and service large National Retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for telephone enquiries
• Process customer orders
• Action sales email inboxes
• Accurate data entry
• Experience with importation and shipping 
  documentation  preferable
• Raising invoices, credit notes and stock
  control entries
• General office and admin duties
• Supporting sales and management team
• Self driven, organised and manage time
• Strong computer skills incl Excel and Word
• Understanding and background using an ERP system
• Ability to manage Social Media Accounts on FaceBook & YouTube - highly regarded

The Candidate:

• Will have prior experience in a busy Customer Service based role
• Be willing to take ownership of the role with the desire to improve processes
• Have strong Computer skills and the ability to Multi task with a fast response time
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills/ written & oral
• Team Player with positive "can do" attitude
• Prior experience in an Administration Management, Customer Support role is desirable.

Prior experience within the window covering / furnishing industry will be well regarded.

The role will suit a person with their own transport - parking provided.
