We are a reputable supplier of Sand Quarry products, currently seeking a competent and experienced Quarry Supervisor preferably with a Certificate 4 in surface extractions to manage the daily operations of our quarry. As the Quarry Supervisor, you will be key contributor to all daily activities and operational aspects in the quarry to ensure efficient, effective, and safe functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the quarry.
• Establish, enforce, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary license conditions.
• Enhance operational knowledge by actively participating in relevant industry events and opportunities.
• Implement a well-structured maintenance and repairs scheduling system for the plant.
• Assist with all repairs and maintenance on the plant.
• Assist in managing relationships with key operational vendors and clients.
• Collaborate to improve the overall customer experience, proactively resolving problems and addressing complaints.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems, and assist with sales, marketing, and special projects.
• Meet and exceed production targets while maintaining quality control in line with client specifications.
• Uphold environmental management standards according to legislative requirements and our site-specific Environmental Management Plan.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout operations.
• Actively participate in hazard identification and risk assessment processes.
