About the Role:

 

We are at an exciting time at Woodside Energy as we set our organisation up to thrive through the Energy transition. The HR team is seeking someone with strong knowledge and experience with SAP / S4H to join the team and support across the HR function.

 

The primary responsibility of the SAP Analyst will be to support the timely and accurate creation and management of PR / PO for the HR function.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Creation of Purchase Requisitions 
  • Creation of Service Entries
  • Assisting HR leaders and PO Owners on PR/Invoice Queries
  • Educating internal Stakeholders how to manage Purchase orders and raising awareness of P2P Process
  • Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders as required
  • Ensure that invoices are paid in accordance with contracted terms and conditions and on time
  • Manage HR tax payments for international assignees
  • Support HR admin team admin as required

 

Skills & Experience:

 

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who can demonstrate solid knowledge of SAP is mandatory. S4H knowledge and experience is desirable.

You will be a solid all-round Administrator, and whilst the primary focus of the role will be PO / Invoice focussed, you'll be happy and comfortable turning your hand to other administrative tasks as required. 

Your background will see you bring to the role:

  • Excellent attention to detail - e.g. ability to reconcile invoices with purchase orders
  • Good communication skills, and ability to work in the team environment. 
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Comfortable using Excel to an intermediate level

 

Knowledge of the Procure to Pay process would be an advantage (but not mandatory)
