The Opportunity:
We are searching for an experienced SAP EAM Functional Lead to join our team in Perth. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, requiring deep expertise in SAP EAM functionality, industry best practices, and close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver top-tier solutions.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to new and ongoing implementations using cutting-edge technologies. Beyond functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, candidates must demonstrate strong consulting skills refined in professional environments.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Supply Chain Management, with extensive experience in Plant Maintenance modules across multiple full implementations. Proven end-to-end project management—from design and planning to execution and go-live—is essential, with preference for experience in templated solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and development of SAP EAM solutions, including configuration and customization.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct thorough fit-gap analysis.
- Configure SAP EAM modules (e.g., Plant Maintenance, Quality Management) and manage seamless data migration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, and provide effective end-user training and support.
- Stay current with SAP EAM advancements and best practices, while mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum eight years of SAP EAM experience, including leadership in at least three full project lifecycles.
- Deep SAP PM domain knowledge and familiarity with other SAP modules.
- Expertise in FITGAP analysis, customization, and data migration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to implement globally designed template solutions in regional markets.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and cloud-based SAP EAM solutions.
Desire to excel in team leadership or project management roles. - Experience in delivering SAP solutions within professional services consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in SAP EAM or related field preferred.
