ABOUT THE ROLE

Excitingly, we're on the lookout for a Payroll Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll take charge of our Workforce Management system, Dimensions, overseeing timekeeping and scheduling processes to ensure precise records of shifts with region-specific award interpretations.
Closely partnering with your key business customers you will be at the forefront of user support, managing ticket escalations and facilitating break/fix resolutions for team members. Contributing significantly to system development, you'll provide detailed functional analysis of business requirements and actively participate in system configuration, particularly in areas related to remuneration and award entitlement calculations.
Your responsibilities extend to testing configuration updates, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring seamless deployment of approved changes whilst adhering to robust change control procedures. Collaboration with vendors and third-party support will be part of your routine, addressing escalated support requests and contributing to ongoing development projects for continuous improvement. In alignment with our Group strategy, you will collaborate closely with business partners, prioritising ongoing business improvement needs.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

•   Previous experience in a similar Lead Business Systems Analyst / Specialist role
•   Strong understanding of Payroll compliance and award interpretation 
•   Experience in Workforce systems 
•   Exceptional MS Excel knowledge 
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate successfully with all areas of the organisation
•   A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills 
•   Ability to lead and coach a team to achieve results
