SAP Procurement (Utilities)

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Procurement for our client - a global and leading technology solutions & services provider, a trusted partner of enterprises and government organisations in Australia.  leadership role and flexible working arrangements.

Role offered on a full time permanent basis, Hybrid in CBD, Melbourne.

ASAP start, offering a package of $150 - $160K + super 

Requirements/Deliverables:

• 5 + years SAP (Utilities/ISU) procurement experience  
• Experience in the energy or utilities sector highly prised
• SAP ISU certification highly desirable 
• Proven experience as an SAP ISU Consultant, with a strong focus on utilities industry processes.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU modules, including but not limited to Billing, Device Management, and Customer Service.
• Experience in SAP ISU implementation projects, from requirement analysis to post-implementation support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams..
• Extensive prior experience in both greenfield implementation and support/BAU environments
• Prior experience within consulting preferred
• Good understanding of procurement processes in strategic sourcing, operational procurement, category management, supplier management, etc.
• A good knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio for Procurement Management
• Experience in at least one of the SAP solutions for Procurement Management (SRM, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, …)
• Able to coach, support, train and develop junior consultants.
• Customer oriented, result driven & focused on delivering quality
• Leverage integration experience with SAP purchasing, controlling, inventory management, integration with some 3rd party applications 
• Provide support in SAP Finance, Controlling and Purchasing domain
• Deliver detailed design, build, testing and deployment and governance within the SAP Joint Venture Accounting (JVA) change requests and projects, working with the release managers and project managers with agreed quality and timelines.
• Single point of contact for ASR tickets (Application Support Requests) that require greater than 80 hours of SAP configuration.
• Promote and oversee relationships between Finance technology and other IT organisations, external entities, including vendors and partner organisations
• Experience with SAP configuration skills in the AP module
• Evaluate risk and protect the stability of our SAP system
• Complete ownership of tickets right from assignment until closure (Analyze, Identify, Coordinate, Fix, Test, UAT, Approval, Deploy).
