AddressWe seek a highly experienced and committed SAP SD, Order to Cash (OTC), and Pricing Specialist. In this role, you will be allowed to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company. As a member of our SAP Delivery team, you can participate in a large S/4 HANA project, developed with the latest technology and tools.
You will have detailed SAP Sales & Distribution, Pricing and Trade Revenue Management functional and configuration knowledge, broad general product knowledge, ability to learn new S/4 HANA solutions and company-developed solutions. Ability to configure and deliver greenfield O2C, Pricing, and TRM solution functionality with leadership from an external SI Partner, and also transition to supporting that solution in a BAU capacity.
SAP Experience:
o Extensive demonstrable SAP experience including at least 3 full end-to-end project lifecycles.
o Participation in design workshops and deliver design/blueprint documentation.
o Business requirements gathering for creation of functional/technical specification documents (WRICEF)
o Design, Configure & Customize SAP Order to Cash processes – including but not limited to Materials Management, Customer Management, Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Shipment Processes, Warehouse Processes, Trade Revenue Management and Billing Processes. General knowledge of other SAP modules is expected.
o Work with a Project team of external consultants, internal IT professionals, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle process.
o Awareness of other SAP modules and ability to work with consultants from other functional modules and technical developers to ensure the solution does not adversely impact other business functions.
o Prepare system documentation (such as business requirements, blueprints, solution documents, configuration rationale, functional and technical specifications, user manuals, test scripts, etc)
o Support data migration activities; Test the solution; Prepare and conduct end-user training.
o Solid understanding of Project Management Practices: AGILE, Waterfall, SAP ACTIVATE
Experience with SDLC and ITSD tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
o Ability to manage the business demands and deliver smaller projects once the solution is in a BAU state.
o Demonstrate ongoing drive to continuously expand one’s professional capabilities to fuel the continued/ongoing growth and success of the S/4 HANA platform and business goals.
o Demonstrate an active interest in identifying further opportunities to add value to the SAP solution. o Internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to credibly communicate,
negotiate and influence strategic outcomes with senior business stakeholders.
o Collaborative mindset to work with our SAP Delivery team and help to challenge each other with new ideas to ensure we are delivering the best outcome for our stakeholders.
A few more things...
- Minimum of 8+ years experience as an SAP Order to Cash and Pricing Expert (S/4 HANA experience and consulting experience is an advantage).
- Degree or equivalent experience in SAP
- SAP S/4 HANA certification (beneficial)
- Experience as a Functional / Configuration Expert on multiple SAP ERP Projects (preferably at least one SAP S/4 HANA implementation).
- Demonstrate Functional and IT knowledge specifically related to order-to-cash processes in wholesale distribution or life sciences industries.
- Experience with SAP Activate for project best practices, policies, procedures, and processes
- Experience as an Order to Cash Functional lead on a multiyear project rollout
- Experienced in using Dev Ops and Jira (or a service management tool)
- Strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of information technology concepts and processes.
- Works systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities, or manage the situation at hand; identifies causes, relationships, and implications.
