About the Role
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will be involved in a SuccessFactors implementation and maintenance project from initial planning and configuration to ongoing support and optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR technology and eager to make a significant impact on our client's HRIS landscape.
- Lead the configuration and customisation of SuccessFactors modules (Phase 1: Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding and Recruitment. Phase 2- Performance, Compensation, Succession, Learning Management) to align with business needs and processes.
- Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation and ensure a smooth transition to the new HRIS platform.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Develop and maintain an issue register for all SuccessFactors systems
issues and changes - Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency, particularly around HR legislation, best practices, and payroll.
- 5+ years of experience administering and consulting with SuccessFactors modules'
- Expertise in multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central and Payroll a must)
- Experience in large scale deployments
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficient in advanced reporting tools, Power BI and advanced Microsoft analytics programs
- Strong capability to lead, design, deliver, and document processes.
- Capable of offering strategic guidance and recommendations to clients regarding optimal practices for leveraging SuccessFactors
