The offer cutting-edge solutions that are tailor made to meet the needs of their clientsAbout the roleOur client is looking for two highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultants (EC and R&O) to play a key role in driving the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutionsDuties

• Lead end to end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors (EC or R&O)
• Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive solution designs
• Provide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration and technical architecture
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
• Possess pre-sales skills and the willingness to scope out new business

Skills & experience

• Minimum 5 years' of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with relevant current certifications (either in EC or R&O)
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organisation
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP SuccessFactors projects on time and within budget
• Strong desire to be involved in business development activities
