AddressStream Healthcare are recruiting Senior Mental Health Nurses with extensive experience working alongside youth and families, for positions around Perth’s CBD and Regional Western Australia!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to a team of health professionals, ensuring best practice and high level of care.
- Provide in depth Mental Health assessments and care plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and support for young people and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community services, and educational institutions to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Mental Health programs and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Manage clinical resources and staffing.
Selection Criteria:
- Fully qualified and AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Post graduate degree in Mental Health (desirable)
- Senior experience within Youth Mental Health settings
- Immunisation Certificate will be highly regarded
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
