We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst with Australian Citizens to join our team in Melbourne. This role involves significant engagement with internal customers/stakeholders, business and technical requirements analysis, and part-time project management of business-focused application and infrastructure initiatives.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of new solutions and improve existing functionalities in SAP Material Management / Inventory Management / Logistics Execution Modules, supporting Procurement & Logistics Business processes.
- Provide SAP Supply Chain (MM/SD/QM) functional expertise to support the business system.
- Triage, investigate, and resolve logged support incidents.
- Replicate production issues to assist developers in coding fixes.
- Gather business requirements and write functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Perform system and unit testing, test defect fixes, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare training documentation and train end-users.
- Coordinate deployment of transports with SAP Basis Analysts and the wider Boeing IT&DA team.
- Engage with functional and technical subject matter experts across the business, leveraging the vendor to address customer requirements and technical performance of key systems.
- Involvement in new projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, build, test, end-user engagement, and deployment activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in project or support-based roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in standard SAP MM / IM / LE Module features and configuration, integrated with FI / SD Modules / BW systems.
- Understanding of business functions in Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Subcon Process, Stock Transfer Order, Batch Handling, and Accounts Payable, and how IT changes may impact and improve these functions.
- Ability to architect solutions in these areas, seamlessly integrating and working with other teams.
- Strong exposure to data integration with non-SAP tools/partners through EDI / IDOC, etc.
- Knowledge in custom solution implementation, RICEF, and change management processes.
- Knowledge in SAP BW / Hana reporting (and other reporting tools) is preferable.
- Experience in testing fixes and changes from unit, system integration, and regression testing within a change and release management environment.
- Experience in S/4HANA and SAP Fiori Apps is highly desirable.
- Proven senior stakeholder and business leader engagement skills, including experience in developing, documenting, and presenting briefs and project updates.
- Well-developed hands-on consulting skills with the ability to efficiently gather key information, analyze options, and provide guidance to business and IT experts.
