Tasks & responsibilities
- Support SAP Business One customers with technical and funcational issues
- Upgrade SAP Business One, queries in SQL and HANA, Cloud Control Centre
- Apply skills and experience to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Resolution of support tickets on an as needs basis based on resourcing (the role is a shared Project/Support role)
- Undertake peer review of non-assigned projects
- Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures
Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain billable percentage in line with agreed budget.
- All allocated projects and support tickets delivered as per schedule
- 100% adherence to Solutions+'s defined project delivery methodology
- All allocated tickets closed as per Service Level Objectives
- Customer appreciation score 8+ on major projects
- Staff development plan completed in line with Company Policy
Qualifications & experience
- At least 3 year’s experience in implementing projects with SAP Business One and both SQL and HANA database. Otherwise SAP HANA experience but willing to support SAP Business One
- Proven experience providing consulting, implementing, and configuring ERP/Financial software solutions
- Experience working in a Support ITSM tool and managing conflicting priorities
- Experience with integration work
- Programming for SAP Business One in C# language
