AddressWe are seeking two proficient SAP specialists to serve as trainers for a three-month contract period, spanning from May to July 2024. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in the following areas:
- S/4HANA Finance and Procurement
- S/4HANA EAM Maintenance and Inventory
Responsibilities:
Training Material Development: Develop comprehensive training materials, including guides, manuals, and other educational resources tailored to S/4HANA Finance, Procurement, EAM Maintenance, and Inventory learners.
Training Delivery: Conduct face-to-face training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate employees on SAP functionalities. Training sessions will be held in both Brisbane city offices andregionally
Hands-On Support: Provide personalized coaching and support to end-users to ensure proficiency in navigating and utilizing SAP systems.
Collaboration with Business Representatives: Work closely with Senex business representatives to integrate business context into system training sessions.
Customization of Training Programs: Tailor training strategies to meet the specific needs of various business departments within the organization.
Assessment and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and incorporate participant feedback to continually enhance training programs.
This role requires individuals with a strong background in instructional design, hands-on training delivery experience, and the ability to effectively engage with diverse learners.
