The Role
- Reporting directly to the owner
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple departments
- Manage and mentor the senior management team
- Recruit, and retain key talent
- Collaborate and work closely with Directors, internal department heads and external vendors to drive revenue
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local community and council
- Maintain a positive and safe environment for guests and employees.
