SAP/ERP - Strategy and Planning Specialist

• Short contract - Can be performed offsite from anywhere in Australia
• Baseline clearance required
• 2-month contract, for 2.5 days per week
• SAP S4/Hana platforms in Federal /State Government

Our client, a large Federal Government department based in Woden, ACT, requires an experienced SAP/ERPStrategy and Planning Specialist for a 2-month contract, for 2.5 days per week.

Duties

• Provision of strategic advice in planning/architecture of an upgrade to SAP S4/Hana platform.
• Provision of Build advice in upgrading to SAP S/4Hana platform.
• Provision of operational advice in managing a SAP S/4Hana platform.
• Provision of guidance and coaching for Executive Level staff on a SAP S/4Hana platform.
• Offer advice and guidance to business stakeholders in relevant units, assisting in presenting qualitative responses and solution.
• Provide Strategic advice for planning activities required to enable the ERP readiness program.
• Ensure delivery of the SAP architectural Strategy and key artefacts including concept, high and detailed level design for the ERP Readiness program.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Procure2Pay, Hire2Retrie, Budegt2Reveue and Travel& Expense business value stream requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Provide advice on Data governance, Archiving and Infrastructure Strategy to facilitate the planning for S/4 HANA migration.

Selection Criteria

• Proven experience in working with Federal or State Government.
• Proven experience in working in large scale SAP environments.
• Proven experience in undertaking upgrades to SAP S4/Hana platform.
• Proven experience in Cloud Platform, System Integrator procurements.
• Proven experience in working with the departments SAP technical and Business teams.
